Refunds

We Book Enterprises offers a 10-day money-back guarantee on all of its services. If you do not receive the services committed with you, you may request a refund within 10 days of the completion of your order. To request a refund, please contact We Book Enterprises customer service. You will need to provide your order number and the reason for your request. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving your request.

Revisions;

We Book Enterprises offers upto unlimited revisions on all of its services depending upon the package you select. If you are not satisfied with the final product, you may request revisions up to 10 days after the date of delivery. To request revisions, please contact We Book Enterprises customer service. You will need to provide your order number and the specific revisions you would like to make. Revisions will be completed within 7-10 business days of receiving your request.

Exceptions

The following are exceptions to the refund and revision policy:

  • Requests for refunds or revisions that are made after the 10-day period will not be considered.
  • Requests for refunds or revisions that are due to changes in the Client's instructions will not be considered.
